This notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, engagement topic, and message content. If you email us directly, we process the personal data contained in that correspondence. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative. Storage of your cookie preference uses local browser storage only, to remember whether you accepted or rejected the non-essential notice banner.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with professional advisers or IT service providers bound by confidentiality, only where needed to operate our email and hosting infrastructure.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting obligations.

Security

We apply access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS) for form submissions to our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or limitation on our use of your personal data, and—where applicable under the 2024 amendments—data portability, by contacting the DPO. We will verify requests before disclosure.

Data breach notification

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as soon as practicable where required by section 12B of the amended Act, and inform affected individuals when significant harm is likely.

Cross-border transfers

If inquiry handling involves processors outside Malaysia, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
