Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting services, scoped project engagements, and technical advisory sessions purchased from CloudKernel Consulting (SSM 202003089985).

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation.

Advisory sessions

Cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start for a full credit toward a future session or refund to your original payment method. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.

Scoped projects

After you sign a statement of work, service fees are refundable within seven calendar days of written confirmation minus any work already performed and documented. Deposits and milestone payments become non-refundable once work on that milestone has started.

How to request a refund

Email info@cloudkernel.digital or call +60-3-0000-2101 with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days via the original payment channel.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
